Nikki had 27 years of experience in finance & accounting, business analysis, and project management in corporate America when she decided it was time for a change in 2017.  She had been working full-time while having a personal side tax business since 2005, Prosperity Tax & Accounting Services and decided to go full-time as a business owner.  The business was expanded into specializing not only in individual tax preparation but also in the setup of new small business and more specifically nonprofit corporations.  In doing so, she added doing tax returns for nonprofit corporations as well.  

In 2020, Nikki also founded & runs a 501c3 nonprofit ministry, Free In Him Ministries Inc which exists to bring the presence and healing power of Holy Spirit to this generation through worship, prayer, prophetic messages, and teaching of the word of God so they can be made free and whole through Jesus Christ.

In 2022, she hired her first part-time assistant and in 2023 added a second part-time assistant.  She and her team pride themselves on providing a consultative hands-on approach to helping their clients achieve their business needs.  Nikki is a hands-on leader who performs work as well.

In fall 2023, the Lord led Nikki to become an LLC and gave her the name of Kingdom Builder Business Services LLC which she founded January 1, 2024 after having several years of experience working with setting up nonprofits and many years of other finance, accounting and tax experience.  She is excited to run a Kingdom business that gets to help expand the Kingdom of God through setting up Nonprofit churches and ministries as well as small businesses and then to be a one-stop-shop for their bookkeeping and tax needs.
