No but KBBSLLC does offer payroll setup services to help businesses setup and manage their payroll processes efficiently and effectively themselves.  We just do not process & handle payroll processing for clients on an on-going basis.

The turnaround time for tax preparation services depends on the complexity of the tax return. We strive to provide our clients with accurate and timely tax preparation services to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

The answer depends on if we will be filing a 501c3 application for you with the IRS or not.  If you are a church that does not want to file the form with the IRS, the time is shortened greatly.  If you a a church or other ministry/nonprofit that will be filing the F1023 Long form for a greater than $50k annual gross revenue larger organization, the IRS file time is approx. six to ten months just for that form to get approved.  If we will be filing the shorter form F1023-EZ for a smaller organization taking in less than $50k annual gross revenue, the IRS turnaround for that form is anywhere from six weeks to three months (note: churches that file with the IRS are required to file F1023 Long since they will only be filing one time).  Other filings we handle take much less time in most cases.  We will discuss timing during the initial consultation.

We currently focus mostly on personal 1040 & nonprofit taxes and nonprofit setup services but we have the knowledge to do bookkeeping for small business & nonprofits.  If you ever need this service, just ask us and if we do not offer that at the time, we have a referral network of bookkeepers that we can refer you to.
